Coaches and Parents:<\/p>\n
The following is the rules for the batting cage:<\/p>\n
Boys:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n 1. Must be AGE 10 (ten)<\/strong> to hit off the baseball pitching machine<\/p>\n 2.\u00a0 Must have a coach present at all times (or approved parent)<\/p>\n 3.\u00a0 Must have on a certified helment while using machine<\/p>\n 4.\u00a0 No others can be in cage while in use.<\/p>\n 5.\u00a0 Coaches may use cage for side toss to player under age 10 (NO MACHINE)<\/p>\n 6. Only certified pitching machine balls are to be used .<\/p>\n Girls:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n 1. Must be AGE 12 (twelve)<\/strong> or on the 12u team to hit off the Softball pitching machine<\/p>\n 2.\u00a0 Must have a coach present at all times (or approved parent)<\/p>\n 3.\u00a0 Must have on a certified helment while using machine<\/p>\n 4.\u00a0 No others can be in cage while in use.<\/p>\n 5.\u00a0 Coaches may use cage for side toss to player under age 12 (NO MACHINE)<\/p>\n 6.\u00a0 Only certified pitching machine balls are to be used in machine.<\/p>\n No unauthorized use of cage is permitted as Summer Rec and the City of Ponca is NOT responsible for Accidents!!<\/strong><\/p>\n Thank you<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Coaches and Parents: The following is the rules for the batting cage: Boys: 1.
